2400 GPH Degasification Skid

This 2400 GPH degasification skid is destined for one of our large transformer OEM partners in Virginia. This unit will augment several existing systems at this facility.  Fully automatic controls along with parallel manual controls provide redundancy. A dry screw vacuum pump reduces maintenance intervals and added instrumentation such as inline gas content measurement, inlet and outlet moisture readings, and a particle counter ensures key operational metrics are available.

1200 GPH Mobile Degasifier Skid

We supplied a 1200 GPH degasification skid to an Idaho-based field service provider. The equipment was designed to fit within a trailer that this operator was outfitting themselves. A custom layout ensured a seamless fit into their mobile arrangement. Dual hygrometer and vacuum sensors provide real-time processing parameters to the operators.
