SF6 Gas Recovery Unit (GRU-4)
The cart is ideally suited for servicing small volume SF6 equipment. All processes required for servicing SF6 equipment can be performed including gas removal, temporary storage, contaminant filtration to 0.1 micron, gas purification and drying, equipment evacuation and equipment re-pressurization. The cart is also ideally suited for consolidating partially-used SF6 bottles into one bottle.
GRU-7 Gas Recovery Unit
We developed the GRU-7 for our customers who found they needed more storage and recovery capacity than smaller handcart mounted units, but without the bulk and high price of a large skid or trailer-mounted unit. The GRU-7 capable of gas transfer rates up to 55lbs/25Kgs per hour. Has 2 bottle connections with CGA590 adapters on the hoses.
SF6 Gas Recovery Unit (GRU-8)
We've developed the GRU-8 for our customers who found they needed more storage and recovery capacity than smaller handcart mounted units. The GRU-8 is available without the bulk and high price of a large skid or trailer mounted unit. The GRU-8 is 240v-3ph, has 4 castors and can transfer up to 110 lbs of SF6 per hour. It comes with a 300L storage tank, 40 m3/hour vacuum pump, 6 m3/hour vacuum compressor and built-in hygrometer.
SF6 Gas Transfer Unit (GTU)
Designed as a low cost solution to recovering, consolidating and transferring Sulfur Hexaflouride, the GTU is an essential tool for servicing small volume SF6 equipment. All processes required for servicing SF6 equipment can be performed including gas removal, contamination filtration, gas purification, gas drying and manual equipment re-pressurization. The GTU is ideally suited for consolidating partially used SF6 bottles into one bottle or recovering left over gas from larger carts.
E736A SF6 System
The E736A SF6 System is designed to transfer larger volumes of SF6 gas. It comes with and easy-to-use HMI touchscreen control system, 8-cylinder storage system with built-in weigh scale, Haug VTUGX45/26 SF6 compressor, 60m3/hour vacuum pump and 35m3/hour vacuum compressor. 480v-3ph-60Hz.
E859C Mini Dehydrator
This lightweight Mini Dehydrator cart is the most cost effective way to extend the life of hydraulic and lubrication fluids. This air- cooled unit will dehydrate, filter and de- aerate fluids.
The Mini-Dehydrator is ideally suited for small volumes up to 200 US Gallons (750L) of hydraulic fluids, lubricating oils, turbine oils, transmission fluids, quenching oils and synthetic fluids.
E865C Portable Transformer Oil Purifier Filter Degasifier
This lightweight Mini Degasifier cart uses the latest high vacuum technology to filter, dehydrate and degasify insulating and dielectric fluids. The unit is ideally suited for processing oil in pole mounted transformers, bushings, conservators, individual barrels of oil and other similar small fluid amounts.
E865A 1800 GPH Degasifier
ENERVAC’s (transformer oil purifier) high vacuum process is used for the dehydration and degasification of electrical insulating liquids including transformer oils, polybutene and silicone fluids, to increase and maintain their dielectric strength. The processing includes the removal of free and soluble water, dissolved air and gases and particulate matter. It is available to rent as a skid or mounted in a modified 20ft shipping container.

Enervac ENERDry Transformer Dry Out System
Transformers and its paper insulation have a primary enemy - Water. Water can be removed from a transformer using a vacuum dehydration process. Transformers with high moisture levels can now be dried to acceptable levels by using this unattended unit without taking the transformer out of service.
