We shipped out two E861B refrigerated cold trap systems to a power utility in the Pacific Northwest. The E861B is the best tool for measuring physically quantifying moisture removed from transformers while drying under vacuum. One unit is dedicated for field operations and paired with 2000 m3/h dry screw vacuum pumps for use in transformer dryout applications. The second unit is a modular skid to be integrated into an already existing mobile transformer oil degasifier.
